Judge Has Facts Wrong On Intelligent Design:

The Federal Judges tend to base their wrongful decisions on intelligent design on bad information for the following reasons:

Competent scientists usually discriminate between reality and fantasy experimentation using rational and reasonable limits on defining hypotheses and rational limits on what and what cannot be done in scientific laboratories. To exceed the rational limits of scientific experimentation and scientific meaningful extrapolations enters the realm of the Creator and His Intelligent Design of the Universe and Life or the irrational and categorical impossibility of evolution of life from the simple to the complexity of human beings.

The scientific boundary between science and false religion and demonic fantasy is 1 chance out of ten to the sixty-fifth power. It is mathematicians and scientists that defined this boundary of natural science. Evolution of life from the simple is a fantasy religion, and cruel philosophy and world view to teach children. Each nonexistent fossil "missing link," pending genetic mapping and amino acid sequencing, generally exceeds the boundaries of science and experimentation. The missing fossils, e.g. "missing links" each declare boldly by their nonexistence, the categorical impossibility of evolution of life from the simple life forms to the complexity of mankind. As Albert Einstein said, "God does not throw dice" or design life by random chaos and mere probability of randomly right ordering of amino acids in correct sequences.

To brainwash and ruin the critical judgment faculties of most children's minds the public schools dogmatically teach four ancient religions and in contrast they have a scorched earth policy against all expressions of Christianity with zero tolerance of truth, as they interpret Federal Laws and judicial decisions. The first religion taught in school in kindergarten is 1) Evolution of Life which is an irrational religion derived from Ancient Egypt and a false belief system of Charles Darwin, 2) Secular Humanism, basically the religion of Atheism which tenets include there are no gods and no moral absolutes required to be taught. 3) Predatory Capitalism and the idolatry of GREED at any moral price, which is condemned in the Bible Revelation ch 18 "selling the minds, souls and bodies of men." 4) Finally the new religion of Civil Government as Thomas Jefferson stated it was a NEW RELIGION to state government. Jefferson gave the clear choice to state governments of Jesus Christ and Christianity or instead choosing the Roman Pantheon of gods and all religions, where the state religion of civil government and its imperial judiciary were to be worshipped above God and Jesus Christ. Then Caesar was worshipped above Jesus, today it is the Federal Judges, who "never use the Holy Bible in judicial decisions." To reject God and Jesus in government is true treason against Jesus and hypocrisy in saying that Jesus is NOT to be obeyed, and His Word not to be considered in Federal Government. Consider the first day of Chief Justice John Roberts whom God warned going up the Supreme Courts steps with a chunk of marble from the pinnacle falling down on the idol of "authority" landing on the steps. Justice Roberts refused to believe God's sign that God and Jesus was the supreme authority and not the pagan civil government religions and its gods were to be the supreme law of America. Jesus said to the Jews "you are gods" and the imperial judiciary became gods in the name of "rule of law" of the ancient Caesars. And worst of all- the judges demand their views be accepted above God and Jesus Christ.

Webster's Seven Language Unabridged Dictionary also defines religion correctly as a "belief system." The government public schools dogmatically teach "belief systems" and brainwash the students to disbelieve God and to favor the United Nations World Government where God's enemies and America's enemies will eventually rule and run riot with persecution against Christians as America falls due to the public schools dogmatic antichrist religions and destroying faith in Jesus.

The Judicial Legal Principle of The "Tyranny of the Majority" concept may sound good on principle, however it is irrelevant and nonsequitor to the facts of science versus religion in the schools and courtrooms.

Your duty to God and Jesus is to educate the courts they indeed are enforcing the tyranny of the majority in dogmatically teaching false religions, teaching the ancient religions including evolution of life from ancient Egypt. If America were a Christian nation then a nominal basic introduction of God and Jesus should be taught in the classrooms.

Intelligent Design is actually scientific as scientists place a limit on 10 to the 65th power as impossible in this universe. Scientific hypotheses that have no meaningful basis in fact and science are fairy tales and fantasy and do not belong in the public schools science classrooms.

Evolution of Life amino acid sequencing probabilities routinely exceed the 10 to the 65th power frequently for each and every "missing link."

Stephen Jay Gould the famous paleontologist, recently deceased, said there are NO missing links in the fossil record discovered to date. Each missing link in the fantasy idea of the religion of evolution of life exceeds the scientists definition of IMPOSSIBLE based upon natural law with NO CHANCE of occurring in the known universe.

When scientists say the religious statement that "nothing is impossible," it contradicts the basic definition of SCIENCE in definable double blind testing hypothesis formation etceteras that fantasies of evolution of life are indeed facts without any evidence and scientific credibility.

Intelligent Design Theory basically shows that the species "missing links" evolutionary probabilities exceed the 10 to the 65th power of the higher life form that would be conjectured to exist. Therefore religion is realm of probabilities that exceed 1 chance with 65 zeroes following and science in the classrooms will have meaningful probabilities of hypotheses, and testing in double blind studies.

Most scientists are completely indoctrinated so one chance out of 10 to the 65th power is a "provable" "FACT" that evolution of life from the simple to the complex life form happens, whereas if their minds were not so terribly ruined by the public schools and universities they would still have realistic assessments of what is a valid or invalid hypothesis, and whether are not it is experimentally testable. They are basically forced to believe the doctrines of demons and their minds are generally irreversibly ruined unless God gives them grace to think again. As hypotheses break the boundary established by scientists and mathematicians of one chance in 10 to the 65th power, the hypotheses are a matter of irrational religion and or the doctrines of demons.

Children are institutionally brainwashed from K-12 schools and drilled on the psuedo "fact" they are "evolved mammals" and should act like animals with no moral absolutes of secular humanism. The ancient religion of evolution of life from the simple to the complex from ancient Egypt is a violation of the judicial philosophy of TYRANNY OF THE MAJORITY and a major cause of the downfall and moral destruction of the children of the United States. The four state indoctrination religions is of violation of the "TYRANNY OF THE MAJORITY" principle in judicial decisions.

The Bible commands to "train up the way the child should go." And NOT destroy the minds, souls and morals of the children so when they grow up they become enemies of America, God and Jesus, and enemies of themselves as the government schools generally subscribe to as "policy." It is usually too late to repair the moral and intellectual damage of the public schools by the time the children become adults. As Barna Research Group has determined by statistical studies of public views by citizens, 94% of all graduates of K-12 disbelieve the Bible and as a result most adults have lost their faith in God and their opportunity to join with God and Jesus Christ forever.

"God cannot be mocked," and what the government schools teach will and do reap horrible consequences when the children become adults. Amen.

It is NOT judges who should decide what is science, but scientists themselves have defined the boundary of science at one chance out of ten to the sixty-fifth power as any experiment which exceeds this probability has categorically no chance of occurring as defined by the natural laws of science.

Beyond the boundary of testable science of 1 chance in ten to the 65th power of scientific theory and hypotheses, it is then in the hands of the ancient gods of Egypt and Charles Darwin or in the hands of the Loving Creator and His Intelligent Design. And the same is true for the public schools and universities, they are either in the hands of the gods of ancient Rome and the middle east or in the hands of the Loving God and Jesus Christ. Jesus said "either you are with Me or against Me." Make your choice now and save the children and America. Amen
